The next day go to Nusa Penida which is another beautiful island and famous for scooba diving. Spend two days there and you can get to the nearby beaches.
You can expect to spend 1000 rupees per day for hotels, the food will cost another 1000 and tickets to different places will cost another 500 rupees.
